Job Description

We are actively seeking a Spare Part Coordinator with a unique blend of e-commerce expertise and a strong background in Mechanical Engineering. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for validating and managing technical project-specific information related to spare parts, while also actively contributing to the enhancement of our e-catalogue and web-shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and consolidate technical project-specific information for spare parts, leveraging your mechanical engineering background.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), procurement, and logistics teams to streamline the spare parts process within the e-commerce framework.
  • Populate and curate the e-catalogue and web-shop with precise project-specific and relevant information.
  • Leverage your e-commerce experience to optimize the online shopping experience for spare parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement and align strategies within the Spare Parts Business Line to optimize stock while minimizing costs.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams, translating engineering specifications into user-friendly e-commerce content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in spare parts coordination ideally within an e-catalogue/e-commerce environment, preferably in the Energy From Waste, Renewable Gas industry, Wind, Aviation, Automotive or similar industries where technical parts are required.
  • Strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering to understand project requirements, technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in managing e-catalogues, web-shops, and e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Zurich, France, and Germany.
