Job Description
We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the implementation of the Engineering Domain of IFS OneERP, an enterprise resource planning system, across our global organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout of the system together with other Business Process Owners. You'll also be responsible for aligning with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
This projects has 3 phases:
1. Design and configuration of the OneERP tool
Interface with the stakeholders to define the processes in IFS (part creation, purchase request creation, documentation handling, ...)
Testing and validation of the solution
2. Roll out of the tool in phases, country by country
Preparation of the data migration
Training of the super users
3. Long term Maintenance of the tool and tool’s upgrades
Follow up on modification of the solution according to the business needs and functionnalities proposed with each new release
You will be part of this global project from the beginning, and you will get the opportunity to travel and work on the local implementation in our offices across Europe. It is a great career opportunity to become a key part of the OneERP organization within HZI.
You will be part of the team of 8 Business Process Owners based in Bratislava and you will be in close cooperation with Business Process Owners based in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Engineering Domain of IFS OneERP across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Align with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate the testing team within the domain, to verify the functionalities of the ERP system and ensure the acceptance of the users
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Configure the ERP system to reflect the defined process and data structure
- Test the prototype with module functionalities and configurations
- On site and off-site delivery and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas : Project Management, Engineering
- 5 years of experience in an international business environment, ideally within the project or manufacturing industry
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German and other languages are an asset)
- Good stakeholder management & strong communication skills.
- Influential personality to get ideas across in an understandable way
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of working time)
