Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your Responsibilities
- Development / approval of concepts for building services equipment for all EfW projects
- Executes a subproject as Building Services Electrical Engineer in field as Small Power and Lighting, IT/Communication System, Security System, Fire fighting systems, etc….
- Preparation of the technical specifications for components and systems, preparing documentation for RFQ process, and following technical evaluation of bids and joint selection of suppliers
- Responsible for the timely ordering of packages/systems
- Supervision of suppliers throughout the project implementation phase (including documentation)
- Checking the documentation of suppliers (design documents, engineering documents, interface specifications, information on construction, etc.)
- Cross-system interface coordination with the technical project management and third parties
- Review of offer layouts during reviews and implementation of agreed corrective measures
- Responsible for all performance characteristics of the building services equipment in relation to the process requirements
- Creation and coordination of execution documents
- Active collaboration with the plant design (installation of components, etc…)
- Collaboration with other project teams (as Electrical, Civil, FGT, etc….)
