Your Responsibilities


  • On-schedule and specification-compliant handling of commissioning work for individual systems
  • Control and monitoring of all assigned tasks, including planning of subcontractor deployments and acceptance of their systems
  • Securing the requirements of the customer contract as well as the project-specific specifications
  • Demonstrates leadership and commitment to HSEQ and is responsible for the safety and HSE performance on site
  • Active claim management towards suppliers
  • Practical training of customer personnel
  • Management of commissioning documentation and preparation of as built documentation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

- Knowledge and several years’ experience of plant erection, preferably of large industrial plants, - Several years’ experience within an industrial commissioning role

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

  • Knowledge and several years’ experience of plant erection, preferably of large industrial plants
  • Highly motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality with technical training in electrical engineering
  • Several years’ experience within an industrial commissioning role
  • Willing to work on site internationally for extended periods
  • Project know-how in various disciplines incl. mechanical construction
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office
  • Professional knowledge of Italian and English, other languages would be an advantage
  • Driving license B
  • Competence in planning and organisation, team and communication skills
