Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Defining standards for personnel cost reporting, with the alignment of both HR and Controlling process and anchoring these standards in the related HR/Controlling functions
• Taking responsibility for the correctness and reliability of all personnel cost evaluations and key performance indicators
• Providing transparency on actual/budget/forecast deviations of personnel cost related P&L and balance sheet positions on location/cost center level to related Controlling/Management functions
• Drawing up and concepts and developing regional reporting tools as well as coordinating and monitoring their technical implementation
• Implementing global headquarters personnel cost reporting tools and policies to regional entities
• Checking the data consistency of reports as well as acting as a contact person for employees of the group's subsidiaries to increase data quality
• Creating individual and standard reports and evaluations as required
• Involvement in the development and analysis of key performance indicators as an aid to controlling business processes and administration of relevant data in cooperation with the organizational units responsible
• Supporting the interface between HR and Controlling in regularly providing provision and accrual data about the personnel cost data
• Incorporating requirements for highly complex national and international projects and coordinating preliminary investigations with the specialist departments
• Assuming project leadership for national and international projects as well as assuming responsibility for the technical and deadline-related coordination of all activities in consultation with the superior
• Coordinating and, if necessary, holding training courses in consultation with the specialist departments and superiors
• Supporting of other HR/Controlling related KPI cockpit project design and implementation

Personality requirements and skills

• Universities degree with accounting or financial
related major
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of controlling
• Very good english speaking skills
• Experience in working with international teams
