Job description, responsibilities and duties

We're seeking for the Human Resources Business Partner to be part of our HR Shared Service at HELLA Slovakia, responsible for cultivating partnerships with leaders in our production plant in Trenčín to help continually enhance our ability to achieve results through our people. Recently, we have 800+ employees working in Trenčín, but the headcount will grow by 200 employees during the next business year.

Main responsibilities:

Business Partnership
• Advising and supporting the management of dedicated plant in HR-relevant
topics/issues
• Executing business-specific strategic HR topics and programs and ensuring the local
implementation of the company's HR processes
• Helping to set up new or optimize existing HR processes and tools in cooperation with
the company's HR Shared Service
• Responsible for the onboarding / filling of key positions within the respective plant, in
cooperation with central Recruitment Team
• Helping to drive performance management, talent review/career planning and
succession planning and organizational development in dedicated plant
• Responsible for employee relations and effective internal communication in the plant
• Coordinating or managing local HR projects, outside the respective area of
responsibility
• Coaching support for management (e.g. reorganisation, change management)

Leadership
• Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant
structure
• Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to
fulfill their tasks
• Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks
• Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification
demands

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. 6 years of experience in HR BP/leadership role,
preferably in an automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Relevant University degree
• Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage
• Capable of providing support for managers,
independent working and decision making,
professional knowledge in HR field
• Assertiveness, independence, versatility, task-oriented
• English – proficiency level
