- methodically directs and leads the quality team
- coordinates the processing of errors identified in production and determining the causes of their occurrence
- actively cooperates with internal customers and suppliers
- participates in the start-up / improvement projects
- maintain the QMS - ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environment)and ISO13485 (Medical)
- perform internal audits and draw up improvement plans with follow-up actions
- follow up on specific customer requirements
- further development of the existing QEHS structure

- good comunication skills
- experience with change management
- knowledge of SMK, ISO
- strong analytical skills and also a 'do-er'
