Customer Care representative with Italian language

Currently we are looking for a candidate who likes to communicate with clients and speaks Italian and English language.

Your daily tasks will include:

- Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding orders, delivery time, address, products etc.
- Managing orders
- Solving undelivered orders and problems
- Other administrative tasks in internal systems

Who are we looking for?

- Fluent Italian language (C1) and communicative English language (B2)
- Completed at least bachelor degree at the University
- Flexible and communicative candidate
- Previous working experience in customer service is huge advantage
