- Helping customers answer their questions and inquiries via telephone, email or other media
- Keeping standards of the company in every case
- Keeping records of interactions for future needs
- Working with systems in order to find needed information about clients
- Cooperation with other departments if needed
- Following-up on customer inquiries if needed
