Our client is looking for an energetic candidate to join the team! Would you like to use English and German language on a daily basis? Company offers the opportunity to prove yourself and demonstrate your great communication and organization skills.
Your main tasks will be:
- Keeping In touch with vendors and clients of the company and solve their problems regarding logistic and operational issues
- Communication with English and German speaking clients and focusing on their satisfaction with company services
- Provide first line support for clients and be responsible for high quality of company´s standards
- Ad hocks tasks when necessary

Do you have all we need?
- Fluent speaker of English AND German language (level C1)
- Completed studies at high school or university
- Previous experience in customer service field is a big plus
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Multitasking and ability to face new challenges
- Business orientation and great analytical and communication skills
- Motivation for communication and international business environment
* * Based on your experience / profile, the final financial terms will be discussed at a personal interview, but will not be less than the minimum wage component mentioned above.
