oot existing SCCM 2007-2012-Vnext Infrastructures
- Create, Develop, Update and Test various Operating System Deployment Task Sequences within the release cycle
- Provide technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot software install/configuration failures and provide regular status to customer
- Participate in new application and hardware rollouts, testing, and special projects as needed

- Administration of centralized AV solutions based on following solutions
- Intel Security – McAfee
- Trend Micro
- Symantec
- Management of the existing AV Infrastructure
- Handling of virus outbreaks, security incidents, threat analysis, cooperation with AV vendors
- Regular threat reporting and analysis
- 2nd level on-call-duty support in non-office hours
- Working on tickets based on ITIL (Change, Problem, Incident, SR)
- Working on IT-Projects

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering or a related
- Good Knowledge of vendors / technology:
Advanced client protection suite (VSE, MA, MOVE, EPO, VSES, HIPS) – McAfee
Client protection (OSCE, DeepSecurity, SmartProtection) application protection (SMEX,
PortalProtect, ServerProtect) – Trend Micro
Endpoint protection (SEP, SEPM, NAS) - Symantec
- Knowledge of architecture, protocols of mentioned systems
- Knowledge of Windows OS, both client and server side
- Knowledge of network protocols (IP, DNS, etc..) ideally CISCO CCNA
- Proactive thinking based on latest virus threats
- Basic scripting knowledge (ideally powershell)
- Knowledge of ITIL / service lifecycle
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) German language is an advantage
- Experience with and interest in communication with customers and employees (domestic and abroad)
- Strong capacity for teamwork and dedication for work
- Capable of training team members
- Ethical hacking skills are welcome (CEH)
- 4 years relevant working experience
