Job description, responsibilities and duties
Experienced finance/accounting professional to ensure that global finance and business applications are continuously optimized and aligned with the overall Finance objectives.
This position is an important link between the finance, product, and IT world, which needs good analytical & process understanding skills as well as strong communication and diplomacy skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering and documentation of business requirements/specifications, and gain consensus on priorities for process improvements and resulting technology needs.
Lead and represent finance through projects from analysis, design, testing, training and implementation
Drive continuous process improvement and development of tools and systems enabling enhanced process automation
Build and nurture collaborative business relationships throughout the finance, product & IT organization
Responsible for documentation of business requirements, test use cases, testing, training materials, and update/creation of application documentation for changes.
Responsible for training business users on standard processes and technologies used to execute those processes.
Be an agent for change
Involvement in further enhancements of system landscape, or other projects

Home-Office based position. Travelling to Vienna is needed only 2 days/ week.
