Team Assistant

Your role

THIS IS A TWO YEARS CONTRACT MANAGED BY AN AGENCY.

In your role as Team Assistant, will be to support our company management and to work in close cooperation with our Financial and HR department. You will be working in a team with other Team assistant.

Your activities:

• Purchasing, e.g., office supplies, training, software, ....
• Organization of incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Processing incoming invoices and receipts
• Management of operational contracts (management of signatures and archiving)
• Organization of business trips (mainly transfers)
• Facility management of our office premises in co-operation with our landlord and providers
• Organization of meetings, trainings and other company events
• Management of internal processes (procedures, circulars, etc.) related to the field of responsibility.

Your profile

Education:

• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
• University education (Bachelor's degree) (considered as an advantage)
• University education (Master's degree) (considered as an advantage)

Experience:

• At least 1 year at similar position

IT skills:

• Microsoft Excel - advanced
• Kofax Power PDF/Adobe Acrobat – basics
• Microsoft Word – advanced
• Microsoft OneNote – basics
• Microsoft Outlook – advanced

Languages:

• Fluent Slovak mandatory
• Fluent English mandatory, ability to communicate in an international business environment. German and/or French are appreciated, but not necessary.

Soft skills:

• Self-dependency, preciseness, detail-oriented work, responsibility, reliability
• Feeling for quality and a certain tenacity to impose quality
• Ability to work under stress is highly required
• Team spirit & good relational behavior
• Proactivity and initiative spirit would be welcomed
