Job description, responsibilities and duties
Security administrator is responsible for user accounts management lifecycle - creation, changes and termination of user IDs on various systems and applications (including Windows, Mainframe, UNIX, Tandem, Oracle, etc.) according to defined workflows and processes. Security administrator actively follows security policies and standards in daily tasks and communicates security principles with the end users and access requestors. He/she is primarily responsible for requests fulfillment, but actively participate in the different security and compliance processes and projects related to logical security and the IT infrastructure under responsibility.

Following additional skills are required for performed work activities:
Ability to:

• see patterns, past trends, and situations and apply learned concepts to recognize and resolve issues
• handle problems and complex work processes
• communicate with different levels of users, act as 1st and 2nd line support for identity management related incidents, cooperate with technical owners of systems on incidents resolution
• enforce security practices in the identification, authentication, authorization and access review processes
• support Audit activities (i.e. interview meetings, reports creation, remediation of findings)
• deal effectively with change and work constructively under stress.
• He/she must have willingness and ability to quickly learn different and complex technologies, which support access to IT environment.

Requirements for the employee

Required education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Two years Win/UX/Mainframe administration experience required
Two years Security Administration – user account provisioning on different system platforms experience required
Experience with IT security – risk management, compliance governance, technical controls implementation
Can effectively communicate in English with colleagues on different job levels from multiple countries
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, perform tasks prioritization
Candidates must possess the ability to work with peers and management at all levels, have demonstrated leadership skills, and be able to understand and articulate both high-level and detailed concepts
Candidate should also have an understanding of the Security best practices and standards and ITIL service management framework
German language is an advantage
