Job description, responsibilities and duties

As HR Project Coordinator you will be a part of HR Team working closely with East Europe HR community to develop the miscellaneous projects to deliver business and organizational objectives – located in our Faurecia Clean Mobility Plant in Pisek / Czech Republic. You will support HR Managers and Plants in accordance with Faurecia Group HR policies and procedures in areas such as employee engagement, talent attraction, training and development, reporting and KPI tracking. The position will allow you to have a broad view on Faurecia Clean mobility activity, evolve in international environment and apply your skills in the professional setting:
• Act as HR Business Partner for the respective region
• Coordinate and support miscellaneous HR projects for the respective region including learning and people development, young talents development programs
• Support local HR team in transversal projects deployment
• Benchmark and best practice sharing coordination to leverage up HR processes
• Propose action plans and monitor their progress
• Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end and follow up indicators (headcount, HR KPIs such as absenteeism, resignation rate, internal mobility, gender diversity etc.)
• Liaise on headcount and staff costs in close collaboration with HR managers
• Lead initiatives such as digital collaboration, employer branding actions, recruitment, employee engagement projects and other HR ad hoc topics.

The length of VIE mission is 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).
The VIE is an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are lees than 28 and EU nationals to work for a French company in any country over the world. Business France, the French agency for international business development, oversees all administrative procedures for the assignment.
