Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for planning, coordination and management of the whole office organisation.
- Meeting organisation - checking with calendar.
- Managing students at the reception.
- Taking care for company cars (leasing, general fixes…).
- Organisation of business trips for all employees.
- Administrative support to company managers (presentation, preparation of company records…).
- Processing of the internal and external correspondence.
- Communication with suppliers /equipment of the office/

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

- Fluency in English language mandatory
- German language is an advantage
- Strong PC skills within MS office, (MS Excel - pivot tables) - required
- Communicative, representative, friendly person
