Working closely with both business and IT teams, you will identify, analyze, recommend, and support IT solutions that align with our organizational goals.
What can you expect?
You will primarily focus will be on creating documentation encompassing requirements, solution options, business cases, and recommendations using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- create of methodological procedures and guidelines for processes and systems
- collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- perform a thorough analysis of requirements, identify risks and the impact of these changes on the services provided, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements
- work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional services
- identify process bottlenecks, risks & opportunities for automation
- collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure process performance metrics
- support change management initiatives related to business or IT process improvements
Our requirements:
- previous experience as an IT Business Analyst IT Process / Service Analyst or similar role
- problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- knowledge of both the project development life cycle and agile delivery methodologies, tools, and IT best practices
- ability to perform in-depth business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- experience in service design, analyzing and streamlining IT processes
- understanding of service performance metrics and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure them
- excellent communication and facilitation skills
- experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders' expectations
- familiarity with project management principles and practices
Nice to have:
- certification in ITIL or business analysis
- experience with technical projects
- knowledge of relevant tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar
