As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- conducting comprehensive analysis and providing valuable insights to enhance the capabilities of ESET Protect
- developing and maintaining efficient code using languages such as C++ and C#
- ensuring the quality and reliability of our product through meticulous testing procedures
- collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly deploy our software to production
- occasionally contributing to the user interface development, with a primary focus on the backend functionality that requires knowledge of JavaScript, CSS3, and Java
- utilizing cloud-related technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure to support the scalability and reliability of our cloud-based product
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C++, C#
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems
- experience in backend development and a solid understanding of UI principles, including JavaScript, CSS3, and Java
- familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements
- knowledge of cloud-related technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and experience with Azure
- excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends
