Senior Sales Trainer (m/f)

Join our team as Senior Sales Trainer who will hold the education for our sales people in English for the best practices in sales. The essential condition for this role is to be familiar with the sales tactics. The Senior Sales Trainer will help to create highly impactful sales teams around the world.

Your role will include:

• Conduct employee and partner sales training using a variety of training techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based, on-demand, and virtual learning modes.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand the key performance metrics and priorities, and develop training activities that directly impact these metrics and priorities.
• Work with the sales organization to create product training materials and apply this acquired product knowledge to on-the-job sales activities.
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives by delivering tailored training to teams in ESET and in the external sales network.
• Prepare periodic performance feedback and reports detailing sales teams' training goals, trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare onboarding curriculum and coordinate the required training and sessions for new sales team personnel.
• Through observation and research identify system and tool best practices and create training interventions aligned to these.
• Observe sales pitches and partner presentations to determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams.
• Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic ESET sales plays and best practices for specific prospects/partner.
