Solution Architect & Business Analyst

We are looking for a Solution Architect/Business analyst Software Documentation Writer to oversee design of ESET Services. You should have analytical thinking to tell problems from solutions. You should have abstract thinking to spot patterns and contradictions in the requirements. You should have constructive mind to build many models until they fit. You should like learning as there is always something new to look at.

As a Business analyst, you will:

• Analysis and definition of requirements from Services organization on ESET Products/Systems (Protect, Inspect, Connect, Hub and others).
• Have complex understanding of interdependencies between ESET products/solutions and Services Presales, Sales and Delivery systems, tools and processes
• Measure and evaluate improvements results

As a Solution architect, you will:

• Process requirements on ESET Services into conceptual models
• Collaborate with fellow architects to incorporate design principles into conceptual models
• Leading technical discussions and collaborate with business on solution implementation
• Leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and solution related to ESET Services offering
• Participation on definition and validation of what gets build/roadmap for Services and affected products and tools
• Produce technical documentation, including design plans, solution architecture diagrams, data flow mappings
• Participation on definition of Services offering, including related tools, systems and processes
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and plan in cooperation with PM individual services improvements into releases (products, tools)
