PR Content Writer

As our new PR Content Writer you will be responsible for developing compelling written content for external communications which support Global PR initiatives and boost the company‘s communications footprint in relation to our global network of PR Offices and ESET’s partners. You will work to further develop content publishing platforms, develop new collaboration structures, help scale ESET's communications footprint (quantitatively) and improve the sharing of content (qualitatively) across the Global Organization.

You will be responsible for:
Internal support

• The delivery of high-quality PR assets including Corporate Blogs, Press Releases, Social Media posts and other public communications
• Supporting crisis communications (desk-duty, drafting/editing/consulting on texts, crisis moderator)
• Cooperation on the implementation of ESET’s Global PR content strategy
• Support for internal teams, product managers, brand copywriters and corporate offices

External Collaboration & Support

• Cooperation with stakeholders (strategic marketing and marketing programs team) and engagement on pressing B2B topics (primarily for SMB and MSP)
• Re-purposing PR, Sales and Marketing, and Research content to be released on the Corporate blog and Social Media – to provide initial communications opportunities
• Increase relevance of blog materials for partners – primarily to benefit to small and mid-sized partners with lowest capacity
• Support/on-boarding content from PR Agency writers – editing, feedback, fact-checking

PR projects and programs

• Build and refine functions of ESET Corporate Blog and Newsroom to increase reach and utility of the platform and content
• Engage management and public facing stakeholders to solicit and prioritize the creation of a globally relevant content pipeline
• Engage B2B stakeholders to solicit, prioritize, and create globally relevant content directly sourced from existing Research & Awareness + Sales & Marketing materials
• Influence the Global PR strategy to identify, cover and close B2B content gaps – delegate further content development tasks to respective colleagues/teams
• Monitoring industry (vertical) specific challenges and producing PR relevant topics on scheduled and ad-hoc bases

Media Relations

• Work to map Corporate Blog content to Global/Region PR’s core mandate of building media relations and/or content that can be of use to supporting those relationships
• Work with ESET’s web and online team to optimize core content – mapping to best SEO practices, working to share this information to regions, partners and collaborative parties

Reports and analysis management

• Develop and help evolving reporting architecture for ESET Corporate Blog and Newsroom
• Support the distribution of PR and Research content, create and share derivatives to Regional PR teams and their partners
• Report on qualitative and quantitative growth and content wins across ESET’s owned properties in support of product launches, research and thematic awareness campaigns
• Build facility/skills needed to interpret PR survey data and/or malware research data
