Global Marketing Programs specialist is in charge of overall strategic concept development for various global marketing programs, events, campaigns and activities worldwide. This position stands for a project owner of such activities and is responsible for briefing internal teams, regional offices and external suppliers and is actively overseeing execution. Projects are aimed at both B2C and B2B segments and all of the phases of the customer lifecycle. This role is in charge of overall strategic concept&execution of ESET’s presence at global industry events&expos around the world such as MWC, RSA, Black Hat, Garter and similar. This position introduces new programs/projects to the regional offices and provides guidance related to their implementation onto the markets. Cooperation with regions includes introduction of new programs and campaigns to regions; presentation and hand-over including suggestions for implementation. In many cases it involves active and mutual participation on pilot projects with selected country within the region and therefore active involvement in execution together with the partners. In case of the events, our team briefs the region and defines roles that are required to participate during the preparation, onsite presence and post-event activities. ​

Key responsibilities:

  • Development of the strategy and overseeing execution of various global marketing programs and campaigns worldwide. Projects are aimed at both B2C and B2B segments and all of the phases of the customer lifecycle.
  • Strategy development and execution of ESET’s presence at global industry events&expo’s around the world such as MWC, RSA, Black Hat or Gartner.
  • Project owner and overall project management of the activities above. See section 4 describing required complexity.
  • Participation on development of global marketing plan according to the company’s business goals and segment strategies.

It involves:

  • Working with company, segment and brand strategy.
  • Gathering market information, requirements and needs from regional marketing teams and the ESET offices, needed for strategy development; analyze it and suggest/oversee actions and projects accordingly.
  • Briefing internal teams ( from various company’s divisions ), regional offices and external suppliers and active overseeing of the execution.
  • Introducing new programs/campaigns to the regional offices and providing guidance related to their implementation onto the markets.
  • Evaluate the performance of the different executed projects, collect feedback and provide summarized report per project.
  • Develop all the programs and campaigns according to internal processes and using tools and systems provided by ESET.
