Digital PR Representative for Global

Digital PR Representative leads the Digital PR Strategy, communications and programs. The aim is to build and boost the brand awareness within the online community and across social media. This individual helps develop, lead and operationalize overall strategy towards the social networks including the identification of priorities. Covers and supports B2C and B2B communication. Advices, guides work with brand teams, sales leaders and other functions to intergrade Digital PR activities into their planning. Identifies new opportunities for Digital PR activities. Advocates Digital PR to various audiences, internally (departments, offices, partners) and provides them professional support to help or develop their own activities in area of Digital PR. Ensures that Digital PR Strategy (incl. Activity plan) is kept globally and in all regions.

Job Duties:

• Build the Digital PR Strategy in line with Global PR Strategy and Company Goals including Project (Activity) plan for B2C and B2B segments
• Building the community and boosting the brand awareness - Creating and growing Company’s relations with all defined target audiences and media through blogs, forums, social media and any other
• Building social media profiles - Presence and present the Company through social media; create and lead the strategy towards to social media
• Create and manage relationships with specific IT professionals and influencers across a wide variety of online platforms and communities
• Be the central point of contact for all B2B, B2C community related communication at ESET
• Work with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure ESET is properly represented
• Continually researching new opportunities to achieve the goals of ESET through the use of online communities
• Further tasks and working assignments as per superior’s instructions and in accordance with activities of the division and the company
• To carry out conceptual, systemic, creative and methodical activities
• Support content creation - writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other related communication materials
• Monitor analytics and other measurements, incorporates into the follow up
• Systematically track performance and report results on a regular basis
• Meet agreed objectives and facilitate the effective delivery of strategic and operational goals
• Support superior and PR team with PR guidelines, internal, external
• Managing mobile Stores
