Reliable and smooth operations of Enics systems and applications is pivotally important to Enics. Ensuring this and providing quick and efficient support for the users is the core of Service Desk. Service Desk Specialist is the first point of contact and provides on-site support to our employees in regards of IT questions in sites.
What are the main responsibilities in Service Desk Specialist role?
- Carry out IT-maintenance tasks and operations,
- Provide first level on-site support,
- Actively work and resolve Service Desk tickets,
- Participate and support project implementations,
- Support team colleagues in other Enics sites.

Personality requirements and skills
The challenges are to overcome them! To be able to overcome challenges in Service Desk Specialist position, you need to have:
- An excellent knowledge on IT-hardware and good understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services and security),
- 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field,
- Manufacturing understanding, including the equipment, tools and interfaces used in production,
- Good customer service skills and be service minded,
- Natural aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving,
- Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative to complete a wide range of tasks required,
- Good written and spoken English as you will be part of our global Digitalization team.
