For over 20 years, Eleveo has been a leading workforce optimization software provider in the contact center industry. Very early on, we were approached to solve a compliance problem with call recording. We built a creative software solution in record time, and began a journey crossing continents, employing hundreds of colleagues, and eventually improving operations, compliance, and customer experience for thousands of customers in 94 countries via more than 550 channel partners in the communications industry. Over time we have earned an 88 NPS score from Eleveo customers & partners for our world-class support and innovative WFO products. We believe this is a direct result of our core purpose; to create great customer experiences and serve the needs of others: employees, partners & end users.

Nowadays Eleveo is still a leading software company developing products which support everyday operation of a wide range of contact centers, including financial institutions, telecommunication providers, emergency services and many others. The main focus of the company is to create software for recording, reconstruction and archivization of calls, as well as later analysis and evaluation of recordings. We do this in Prague and Kosice development center. The primary goal of the Kosice development center is sustainable development of an on-prem platform and continuous growing development of native cloud platform based on the set of the very latest Back-end, Front-end, DevOps and testing technologies.
