Purpose of the job:
Steering and further development of the Customer Finance department located in Kosice

Job content:
•Functional and disciplinary leadership of 50+ employees
•Hire, lead and manage the team leads of respective department and be the first point of contact for respective teams and outside
•Lead, organize and coordinate the end-to-end operations of the assigned department
•Operationally manage critical situations across department and solve escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.
•Main point of contact for business matters of national and international customers in his responsibility
•Drive the transformation and digitalization of Customer Finance
•Drive and support the culture of continuous improvement within department as well as development of knowledge and skills of department leadership
•Implementation and further development of Digitalization and Innovation
•Develop and build customer relationships (national/international)
•Take responsibility for understanding client requirements
•Set up active regular communication both internally and externally
•Contribute to financial transparency of organization and budget responsibility in department
•Lead and support other projects e.g transitions
•Participate on ICS controls if needed
•Any other tasks assigned by the functional superior.

The salary for this position is from 2300 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
