about the position

Purpose of the job:
Processing of P2E reporting activities for companies within Deutsche Telekom Group. Serviceline Plan To Execute (P2E) is an internal service provider responsible mainly for the management reporting, operational reporting and cash flow management for the Group. We are a competent partner for our internal customers.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Working in international virtual customer teams of experts
• Support for senior analyst / customer in design phase of reporting solution (data collection, connectivity testing, data sources analysis, preparing visualisation proposals)
• Dataset preparation - KPI calculation, query building (iCubes, Tabular models, SQL, AfO, SAP HANA Studio etc.)
• Development of report visualisation in frontend tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, PowerBI, MicroStrategy)
• Performing monthly delivery of complex reporting products
• Quality assurance – logical and technical checks implementation, deltas verification (KPI validation process for Actuals and Plannings)
• Performing of report changes and rebuilds (YE conversion, changes in reporting and business structures)
• Driving process improvements, automation, digitalization, efficiency
• Active participation on projects, preparing of presentations for management
• Training activities within the team on certain topics and processes

The salary for this position is from 1100 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Requirements for the employee:

Education:
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in • Economy/Accounting or Business Informatics

Experience:
• 2 years of experience in reporting / controlling role

Language knowledge:
• English (fluent) and German (beneficial)

PC/IT skills:
• Experience with SAP (especially Modules FI/CO/BW/BI/FC)
• MS Excel – advanced level
• Data visualization tools (PowerPoint, ThinkCell, PowerBI, MicroStrategy) - advanced level
• Tools for data analysis (Analysis for Office, MS Access or other) – user knowledge
