International ICS Manager – Innovation and digitization projects

Purpose of the job:

Development and implementation of existing digitization solutions in the internal controls system (ICS), such as robotics process automation or data analytics. Identify technology & innovation trends and analyze the impact on the ICS as well as development of solutions to address these trends (such as artificial intelligence) in an ICS. Establish an environment and culture where new technology and innovation trends can flourish. In addition, new ways of working such as design thinking and prototyping are used. Works in an international project team with various interfaces to different departments. Take over responsibility for assessment and design of ICS Controls and processes with focus on IT assurance.

Job content:
Support of innovation/digitalization projects:

•Work in our innovative and international environment and be part of our agile Project structure (SCRUM)
•Actively design innovation projects in the ICS (Internal controls system)
•Assess the impact of technology and innovation trends on the ICS
•Continue to push the introduction of software robots (Front End Assistance) in the group
•Implement Data Analytics in ICS based on our DART approach (Data Analytics and Realtime Alerts) in new fields of application
•Be part of further Artificial Intelligence projects
•Learn from the experiences of digitization projects and transfer them to new projects
•Carry out digitization initiatives of the headquarters in the Group companies
•Design processes and products using the Design Thinking approach
•Plan the group-wide communication of the results of innovations in the ICS to the TOP
•Develops an evaluation approach regarding the impact of technology & innovation trends on the ICS
•Observing innovative work and communication techniques as well as their agile adaptation in everyday work
•Communicates continuously to project/line lead, project stakeholders and local ICS management in the local entities

The salary for this position is from 1800 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
