about the position

The PTP Team lead is responsible for managing and developing the team “Processing Payments and Settlements” for Deutsche Telekom Services Europe (SK) Scope companies within PTP service line.
The PTP Service Line carries out the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, improving it on an ongoing basis. PTP describes the chain of processes that are performed in a company ‒ from procurement through to approving payment of the invoice received.

Job content:

• Leads an assigned team where the team members are covering agendas of AP and/or Operational procurement
• Processing of national and international payment transactions, implementation of automatic payment transactions, execution of manual payment request, execution of bank accounting, bank account management, balance adjustment and 2nd level inquiries
• Coordination of the rollout of payment and bank accounting processes to achieve high standardization within DTAG group.
• Creation of relevant KPIs
• Maintains team motivation and team spirit
• Coaches and ensures continuous personal development of team members
• Sets targets for team members, performs evaluation and provides timely feedback
• Knowledge of Corporate and local procurement policy/policies and practices
• Ensures the everyday business tasks of the team is completed on time and of required quality
• Ensures provision of efficient PTP services for internal customers in a defined area of responsibility
• Creates clear structure, interfaces and responsibilities within the team and ensures efficient communication within the team and outside (customers and suppliers - if relevant)
• Identifies process improvement measures and drives their implementation (both organizational and automated ones) together with central Process management
• Communicates with business departments on process issues and works on their resolution in close coordination with the group lead processing payment and settlements
• Ensures all group-wide policies are followed, indicates irregularities
• Takeover of sub project leads on group-wide projects
• Performs and ensures documentation of quality control in the team
• Any other tasks assigned by the functional superior

The salary for this position is from 1 700 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
