about the position

The position contains two main topics “support of digitalization projects” and “control of segregation of duties conflicts (SoD)”

Support of digitalization projects:
Development and implementation of existing digitization solutions in the internal controls system (ICS), such as Robotics, data analytics. Identify technology & innovation trends and analyze the impact on the ICS as well as development of solutions to address those trends (such as artificial intelligence or blockchain) in an ICS. Establish an environment and culture in which new technology & innovation trends can be prosper well. In addition, new ways of working, such as designed thinking and prototyping are come into action. Multi-project steering as well as resource planning and prioritization for digitalization projects. Works in international project team with various interfaces to different departments.

Control of segregation of duties conflicts (SoD):
Report and analyze SOD conflicts. Communicate the conflicts to local responsible person and coordinate the process of risk mitigation. Takes over responsibility for assessment and design of ICS Controls and processes as well as analyzing and preventing Segregation of Duty (SOD) violations in the OneERP Project for international companies within a group. Works in international project team, support further automatization of OneERP processes.

Responsibilities regarding the support of digitalization projects:
- Supports the development and rollout of a “trend radar” for technology & innovation trends
- Develops an evaluation approach regarding the impact of technology & innovation trends on the ICS
- Develops decision parameters for the prioritization of digitalization projects
- Develops a lean multi-project steering- & resource planning tool based on a demand-driven approach
- Supports rollouts of robotic and data analytic solutions in the ICS
- Supports digitization projects which address new technology and/or innovation trends
- Derives success factors and cultural requirements for digitization projects from the lessons learned of past projects
- Observing innovative work and communication techniques as well as their agile adaptation in everyday work
- Communicates continuously to project/line lead, project stakeholders and local ICS Management in the local entities

Responsibilities regarding control of segregation of duties conflicts (SoD):
- Supports project team with the transformation and design of ICS Controls and Processes in connection with the rollout of global template based on SAP technology in the Group (project One.ERP)
- Supports the One.ERP project with on-boarding of local entities (i.e. develop migration controls for User rights and transfer in the roll-out phase)
- Regular analyses and reporting of SOD conflicts to management.
- Support activities to reduce the SOD conflicts.
- Supports rollout of global template processes in connection with SAP GRC (cooperation with SAP GRC team)
- Assess GAPs between local authorization processes and the Group SOD-Violations-Matrix during the implementation and roll-.out of One-ERP Functions at international entities
- Act as country support for ICS process, coordinate ICS transition during a project
- Supports the IT-Scoping processes within ICS for international entities
- Focal point for external/internal audit for user access related topics
- Analyses audit finding and provides advices for issues, triggers escalation in the program to rollout management and project/line lead
- Actively manages with risk, issues and escalation within own work stream
- Communicates continuously to project/line lead, project stakeholders and local ICS Management in the local entities

The salary for this position is from 2000 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in lead or work within international projects (matrix)
- Experience in agile and flexible working techniques
- Excellent presentation und moderation skills (communication skills)
- Experience in technology and innovation trends & projects (such as robotics, data analytics, machine learning artificial intelligence, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience in process on user access control / SAP authorization
- Knowledgeable in interface topics focused on automated and semi-automated interfaces in ERP-Systems
- Intercultural experience
- Willingness to travel internationally (occasionally)
- Strong team player, structured, reliable, pro-active, diplomatic, positive, consistent, persistent, effective and efficient
- High assertiveness in a complex environment
- Experienced in Telco industry advantage
- Knowledge of English language is a must, German language is an advantage
- Know-how in SAP authorization
