Purpose of the job:
Processing of Customer Finance complex activities for companies within Deutsche Telekom Group. In addition takes over business responsibility in key function for training within Customer Finance department

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Training activities within the team on certain topics and processes
• Training of newcomers
• SPOC for operative topics within the team and towards other departments
• Support of process expert in solving problems (technical, operative) and in optimization measuers
• Keep process documentation and work instructions up to date
• Support other projects e.g Transition
• Charging and invoicing
• Collection and payment allocation activities within CUF department
• Monthly / quarterly / yearly complex closing activities
• Communicate with the internal / external customers
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/tasks
• Participate in project work

The salary for this position is from 1 070 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience:
• Several years of experience in business service centers
• Practical know-how on accounting and/or finance issues and corresponding processes

Language knowledge:
• Hungarian (fluent)
• English min. B1
• German (advantage)

PC/IT skills:
• Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI)
• MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Skills:
