Purpose of the job:
Steering and further development of the Customer Finance department located in Kosice

Job content:
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of 100+ employees
• Lead, organize and coordinate the end-to-end operations of the assigned department
• Main point of contact for day to day business matters for all national and international customers
• Drive the transformation and digitalization of Customer Finance
• Implementation and further development of the EU Transition Project.
• Implementation and further development of Front-End Assistant/Robotics
• Implementation of the Nearshore strategy
• Develop and build internal customer relationships (national/international)
• Take responsibility for understanding client requirements
• Operationally manage daily business and critical situations across department and solve escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.

The salary for this position is from 2000 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
