Accountabilities

• Create and coordinate the preparation and release of financial and management reports
• Work directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements
• Research and recommend key performance indicators in order to provide better intelligence in reporting
• Retrieve and utilize information from the reporting systems and other data sources and, when necessary, recommend and manage the development and implementation of processes
• Develop, coordinate distribution, and maintain reporting templates for investment to report financial and operational information
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and systems and develop strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systems
• Identify automation and process improvement ideas and implement
• Design, develop, publish, and maintain management dashboards
• Write and maintain processes related to all standard reporting

Requirements

• Graduate degree in studies of business administration or information systems with excellent grades
• At least 4 years experience
• Advanced Experience in the coordination of projects
• Business experience in controlling, (group) accounting, management reporting, auditing
• Power user experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Advanced knowledge about the central key performance indicators used within a big company
• Technical affinity, experience with complex Excel calculations
• Experience of SAP BW, Oracle Hyperion, Infor MIS Alea beneficial
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Very good grades in mathematics

The salary for this position is from 1 000 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
