about the position

Accountabilities:
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Supporting and executing other AR processes
• Provide input for monthly prognosis, reporting activity, dunning process
• Support AR steering
• Communication with internal and external customers on daily basis
• Monitoring and handling customers issues
• Quality assurance in defined tasks (accounting, internal charging, cost allocation)
• Support team leader in optimization of processes and products
• Guide and coach junior controllers and train new team members
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance, generate age analysis

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of practical experience
• SAP FI experience beneficial
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) advanced
• Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit
• Good problem solving skills
