Data Manager International (Focus: chart of accounts)

about the position

As member of the international data management team you are responsible for the implementation and management of cross-border data management projects. In this regard, you will face the following interesting tasks and challenges:

• Coordination and support of the rollout of a new central ERP GL data model
• Analysing complex GL data model requirements and preparing the adequate presentation under displaying different options for solutions to support the decision process and the governance of the data model
• Supporting the mapping of data objects like GL accounts used today by DT group companies to the new central ERP system data model / chart of accounts
• Coordination and moderation of the information requirement process with focus on chart of accounts
• Analysis of information requirements (with focus on chart of accounts) and proposal of alternative solutions within a SAP data model in due consideration of best-practice approach and identification of optimization opportunities within the existing chart of accounts
• Support of financial processes analysis regarding the information requirements to assure the eventual posting of the requested information
• Work with an excel based chart of account mapping validation tool
• Status reporting of your rollout projects / data model decision papers in front of the management team
