What will you do?

• You will manage Endpoint (clients) environments.
• You will build Intune and Defender for Endpoint.
• Your daily tasks will include operating the environments, analyzing problems, packaging, and managing patches.
• You will customize and implement device policies.
• Provide 2nd level support for the management solutions used, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support.
• Participate in decisions regarding Workplace devices, processes, and policies.
• Be responsible for implementing and monitoring device compliance profiles.
• Participate in IT projects impacting the workplace.

You will succeed if you:

• You have completed vocational training in the IT sector with professional experience
• You have several years of experience with client management solutions, especially Microsoft Intune
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Defender essential
• You have great communication skills and self-motivation, independent way of working, customer-oriented mindset and confident demeanor
• You have cross-architecture knowledge of the Windows environment is advantageous
• You have ITSM basic knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage)
• You have good knowledge of project management methods as an employee or work package manager in projects
• You have good knowledge of automating tasks using Microsoft Powershell
• You have good knowledge of managing Apple devices is an advantage
• You have good knowledge of dealing with trouble ticket systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
• You have good knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS)
• You speak German B1+ and English B2
