The online learning became more popular and the sources of information vast. We understood our mission, to bring more light into the learning opportunities. We conducted several podcasts & webinars to find a right way of learning, started initiatives such as MIND THE GAP, SPRICH MIT UNS, SKILL SHIFTER. By increasing the awareness of Dual Education we enriched the company by talented students. We want YOU to be ready for the future and we're here to support YOU.

Skill Shifter

Skill Shifter is a development concept that provides Learning journeys to reskill the employees and move them to the adequate positions. Reskilling an employee is always a better fit for the employee, as well as the company. Internal trainers community

Internal Trainers Community associates all internal trainers in our companies. The main purpose of the community is to support each other, exchange experience, help each other with their further development and education, also to bring new ideas and suggestions.

We regularly organize Pí_eM Cofees as informal meetings for sharing within the community, Internal Trainers Forums, teambuildings, VOICE voting, Christmas call and many others.

In addition, the last year we prepared unique signature for trainers, marketing video, podcast and feedback video.

Dual education

We offer modern and innovative form of education for young talents who recently (up to 5 years) successfully graduated high school. Students are considered as "employees" since first day and during studies they are getting know of our culture as well as processes. During their studies they are assigned into teams where they help with tasks and enforcing learning by doing. This is perfect opportunity for other colleagues to mentor these students and help them grow. Main benefit is guaranteed contract for two years after successful graduation.
