What will you do?

• Managing day-to-day matters for services and operational services.
• Supporting technical SDMs, creating reports, controlling ITIL processes, setting up measures, coordinating appointments, etc.
• Managing the complete service chain and executing defined customer contracts to fulfill or exceed the expectations of external customers while keeping costs at an optimal level.
• Escalation position for all service processes, such as Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Release management.
• Tracking KPIs and creating necessary customer-related reports.
• Managing operations for updates of Orders, Incidents, and Changes.

You will succeed if you:

• You have over 5 years of professional experience in the IT sector and deep knowledge of operational processes, service delivery, chain management, and IT process management.
• You have ITIL certification.
• You possess effective communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, teamwork, and cooperation.
• You speak English at a C1 level and German at a B2+ level.
