What will you do?

The Agile Operations Manager for Virtual Desktop Services is responsible for the efficient and smooth deployment, management and further development of virtual desktop services based on Citrix and future cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing virtual desktop services, ensuring availability and performance, performing upgrades and patches, and implementing security measures. The Agile Operations Manager works closely with other teams to understand user needs and continuously improve services.

You will succeed if you:

• Previously operated Virtual Desktop Services
• Have knowledge and experience with Citrix technology (configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Citrix environments)
• Have knowledge of VMware technology
• German language is a big advantage
