As a part of our team, you will be at the forefront of technology, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape the future of digital offerings and orders in the telecommunications sector.

What will you do?

  • Provide 2nd Level Support for D!VE, ensuring smooth operations from inquiry to order.
  • Manage incidents and problems efficiently, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AppAgile environment operation.
  • Use NIMBUS, JIRA, SM9, xAMS for streamlined support and documentation.
  • Understand web service architectures, cloud tech, and hardware components.

You will succeed if you:

  • Excel in incident and problem management.
  • Proficient English (>= B2) and German (>= B2).
  • Familiar with NIMBUS, JIRA, SM9, xAMS.
  • Grasp web service architectures and cloud tech.
  • Understand agile methods, CI/CD, automated testing.
  • Know Scrum roles, rituals, and SAFe framework basics.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate effectively.
  • Prioritize customer focus and data reporting.
  • Make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Hardware understanding in IT and telecommunications.
  • Expertise in incident and ITIL service continuity management.
