What will you do?

• Develop and design the AIOps architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, scalability, and flexibility in such a way that both infrastructure costs are minimized and operational and further development costs are optimized.
• Ensuring that the architecture at all levels (business, application, infrastructure,...) is in line with the architecture guidelines, requirements and roadmaps of higher-level entities (e.g. DevOps Domain)
• Implement Necessary initiatives, technical enablers and measures to adapt and optimize the architecture are designed, included in the backlogs and implemented
• Provide transparency on the Architecture Runway in your area of responsibility and the key actions to develop it further.
• Act as Business Epics Owner for architecture measures
• Collaborate with architects in other domains
• Developing architectural concepts/structures; to this end, devising functional concepts taking into account holistic business requirements and implications; carrying out technical and functional feasibility studies
• Optimizing and harmonizing the architecture and the design of solutions
• Designing a comprehensive vision taking into account holistic business requirements and implications, and with a view to sustainability
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to build a robust AIOps infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to AIOps, providing recommendations for adoption.
• Assisting in product/service development taking into account holistic business requirements and implications throughout the entire development process (life cycle)
• Lead the implementation of AIOps solutions, integrating them seamlessly into the existing IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and provide technical expertise during the implementation phase.
• Providing technical advice in the relevant functional area
• Design data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing data relevant to IT operations.
• Implement AI-driven analytics to derive actionable insights for proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.
• Leverage AI technologies for various AIOps solutions
• Work closely with IT stakeholders, including system administrators, network engineers, and security professionals, to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the AIOps architecture.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience as an IT Architect, with a focus on AIOps architecture.
• Indepth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in IT operations.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell).
• Experience with AIOps tools and platforms.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
