1 320 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1320 € /brutto.

Application Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of the application- from the start of operation to the final switch-off: coordinates and steers development and operation, is responsible for compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and bears commercial responsibility for budget of the application.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate communication among various teams involved in application management
  • Ensure high operational quality and address performance, availability, stability, and security concerns.
  • Verify critical business impact during incidents and contribute to operational stability.
  • Maintain quality assurance based on key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Plan and manage resource provision, including order process management.
  • Develop rules for incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Ensure the use of compliant software in operations.
  • Manage budget planning and monitoring with commercial responsibility.
  • Organize and lead application expert group meetings.
  • Plan and oversee deployment installations and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Submit operational interests and update data in SACM systems.
  • Provide support for Risk and Escalation Management.
  • Report and monitor priority one issues.
  • Be on-call for support as needed.                                                                 

You will succeed if you:

  • Speak English at least on B level
  • Knowledge of German is a big advantage
  • Have experience on similar position 2+ years
  • Have technical and IT overview in OS, Network, Storage, Back up, Databases, Middleware
  • Have project management overview
  • Have deep knowledge on application business processes
  • Have communication, organization skills and lead abilities
