What will you do?

• Act as an ambassador for internal and external customers to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.

• Define Epic/User stories which are guidance for development team and make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments, solve problems and communicate the product needs with business partners

• Draft key objectives, strategies and apply the data for product to make business decisions.

• Posses a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.

• Asses value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Influences client's/customer's product requirements.

You will succeed if you:

• Have minimum 3 years experience ICT System Engineering  or Project Management or IT Business Analyst or ICT Delivery Service Management

• Hold certificate for Product Owner

• Are advanced at General IT Overview and Development Lifecycle

• Are advanced at soft skills such as Communication, Analytical thinking, Presentation, Decision making, Problem solving  and Negotiation

• Speak English and German language at least B2 level

• Business case and ROI

• Project management.

• Agile Methodology

• Working with cross functional teams to deliver on a common goal.

• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers

• Defining and building out product roadmap

• This position does not have people management responsibilities
