Business assistance support for Vice President DT IT. Supports the implementation of internal and external demands from customers. Ensure business continuity and support in our team.  
Key accountabilities:

• Business assistance support for Vice President DT IT
• Active participation in teams activities.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
• Ordering of office supplier within company rules
• Handle phone and email communications, including screening calls and responding to inquiries.
• Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Creation of settlements
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations and engaging in team activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Wage (gross)

4,5 EUR/hourFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 4,50 € /brutto per hour.
