What will you do?

Purpose
Team Lead is responsible for disciplinary leadership of respective team. He/she participates in shaping and implementing the strategic personnel and competence planning of the team. The Team Lead participates in strategic development of the chapter: professional / content-wise (e. g. application operations, DevOps, scrum) and in terms of change (structure, processes). He/she is responsible for organization within teams and supporting the collaboration among the teams.
Key accountabilities

• Disciplinary leadership of people in the team
• Responsibility for the individual development of people, such as the promotion of talents as well as people's motivation and enthusiasm through feedback or supporting of people's strengths
• Ensuring exchange within the team via regular meetings 
• Coaching and mentoring of team members
• Guiding people in the sense of servant leadership 
• Promoting self-initiative and agile mindset 
• Operational implementation of personnel selection and re-skilling and up-skilling
• Active cooperation at eye level with other Team Leads 
• Ensuring and improving employee satisfaction
• Active contribution to strategic topics of the company

You will succeed if you:

Education

• Bachelor degree in IT, economics, management, finance

Experience

• At least 3 years on a similar position

IT Technical Skills

• General IT overview or
• Deeper knowledge in some of following areas: DevOps, application operation, agile methodologies

Soft skills

• Leadership and virtual leadership
• Can-do approach

Languages

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Wage (gross)

1 500 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 € /brutto. * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
