What will you do?

Purpose

Test Manager manages and coordinates a testing team and provide direction, advice and guidance for the development and testing of technology systems and applications.

Is responsible for developing a test plan, leading a test team in development of test cases and their execution, managing defects uncovered, reporting on testing progress and obtaining sign-off on the testing phase and updating management regularly about the progress of testing activities.

Analyzes the the product, designs the test strategy, defines the test objectives, test criteria and determine test deliverables.

Is responsible for resource planning, plans test environment, overall schedule and estimation.

Interacts with the project team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and conformance criteria. Understands and uses appropriate automated testing processes and tools.

Supports knowledge management and collaboration through participation in testing discussions, communities, conferences and improving testing collateral through lessons learned. Stays current on modern processes, established tools, techniques, and technologies and ensures high degree of quality.

Key accountabilities

• Orchestrate the test pipeline using JIRA XRay and Confluence
• Planning coordination and control of various test activities
• Design, development and maintenance of test methods and tools
• Technical management and control of the test team
• Specification of Test Interfaces and harnesses to facilitate testing of system under test
• Documentation for performed tests to be able to report it to the developers and other involved persons
• Find weak points which needs to be tested / covered in particular application to be more stable, has better performance and is more secure
• Manual/Automatic creation and execution of test cases to ensure everything is working as expected
• Strong communication with developers and other relevant persons to ensure that application is doing what is expected

Wage (gross)

From 1 150 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.
