ICT Administrator III for SAP

Wage (gross)

1 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 € /brutto.

What will you do?

Purpose:

Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and create tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM) 2nd and 3rd level environment.

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • Solve complex issues, and escalate problem solving if needed.
  • Update, close the ticket, documents the solution.
  • Implement system installations and upgrades for SAP environment.
  • Participate in migraton projects to various cloud platforms.
  • Execute SAP Operational tasks.
  • Perform all SAP Basis related activities.
  • May be mandated with standby tasks if expert advice is available when necessary.
  • Keep professional contacts with the IT professionals of clients.
  • Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
  • Record, evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
  • Participate on regular and/or irregular communication with colleagues in an international environment to ensure operational goals.
  • Coordinate the use of internal technical support and vendor support to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.

You will succeed if you:

Education:

  • Secondary education

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with SAP Basis technologies/products

Certification:

  • Advantage

Other criteria or requirements:

  • Experience in some of the following supporting solutions around SAP ecosystems and a technology stack of SAP.
  • SAP HANA, Suite on HANA, BW on HANA, SLD, Process Integration (PI/PO), Fiori, CRM, Solution Manager, JAVA systems etc.
  • Experience in new technologies (e.g. cloud platforms, SAP S/4 HANA) is highly welcomed.
  • Experience in various DB platforms (Oracle, DB2, Hana DB, MySQL) and operating systems (Linux, AIX, Solaris, Windows)
Languages:
  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)
  • German - Upper intermediate (B2)/advantage
