What will you do?

• Post Order Entry/Order Backlog (OE/OB), corrections, bulk migrations,
• Perform revenue verification for mother company in Germany
• Run commercial validation and analysis of signed contracts
• Post new contracts and sales forecasts in compliance with internal Guidelines
• Communicate with German colleagues on a regular basis in order to clarify unclear points concerning new contracts
• Prepare and verify outputs on the operative level within deadlines and with required quality
• Be independent in all your actions, data analyses, calculations, postings and running month-end closing

This is the general purpose of this position:
Prepare and ensure outputs on an operative level in timely manner and respective quality. Optimization of individual working methods and maintain records and systems. Suggestions for process improvements in area of his/her responsibility. Communicate with the internal / external customers on operative level. Independent approach in data input analyses and compose service deliverables.

You will succeed if you:

• Have minimum 2 years experience at similar position within Finance & Controlling
• Hold a diploma of Finance/Business Administration study at the university
• Are advanced at Soft skills, team cooperation, and have overall affinity in financials possess knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures
• Have strong sense of responsibility and communication, negotiation skills
• Speak German on B2 level at least. English is an advantage
• Are advanced user of SAPFI/CO, SAP BW, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Wage (gross)

From 1 250 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1250 € /brutto.
