Od 1 200 EUR/mesiacFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1200 EUR brutto.

What will you do?

Purpose
Chapter Lead DT SYSO is responsible for disciplinary leadership of employees with similar/comparable competencies in the chapter with a strong focus on coaching and skill development. Holder of the position ensures appropriate allocation of employees to squads and tribes and prioritization of inquiries.

Key accountabilities
  • Acts according to valid legislation and Slovak Labor code
  • Disciplinary leadership of employees in the chapter in own country
  • Responsibility for individual development of employees in the chapter
  • Is responsible for the employee’s well-being and continuous skill development
  • Conducts feedback, performance & remuneration dialogues
  • Manages the allocation and capacity planning of employees
  • Operational implementation of personnel selection and personnel restructuring
  • Selection of external support on a temporary basis
  • Controls finance management initiatives and financial results across the assigned team
  • Controls cost planning, budgeting and budget management in line with global unit and local company financial targets
  • Keeps cost plans and supports it, adjusts and controls financial and other business plans to be able to effectively manage business of assigned team locally within the chapter
  • Forecasts and executes measures to stay within the budget in all cost items, training budget, travel budget, personal costs primary and secondary and project costs.
  • Act as role model and coach for employees /providing personal, professional and technical guidance/
  • Drives retention of key resources / talents through skill management activities within the chapter
  • Collaboration with other chapter leads in respective competence house
  • Responsibility for execution of strategic personnel planning / competence planning of the chapter
  • Knows company strategy, market trends & best practices in general and in context of the own Chapter
  • Can translate company strategy into skill requirements and development needs whilst being aware of available learning offers
  • Understands the general challenges in the work of its employees and applies servant leadership
  • Is aware of available toolboxes /HR development tools, platforms, learning programms, .../ and is able to use them
  • Applies effectively respective agile frameworks /OKr´s, enterprise agility, safe, scrum,.../
  • Promoting self-initiative and agile mindset (e.g. feedback culture, joint learning, ... etc.) of employees within the Chapter
  • Ensure skill management tool /f.e. Decidalo, Edua/ qualityand using it as a single point of truth
  • Selection of external support on a temporary basis /EWC/
