From 1 300 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 300€/brutto.

What will you do?

Purpose
The role drives process and operation effectiveness and act as senior consultant for process topics. This includes governance definition,
ability to visualize problem statements by using project management methods. Act as subject matter expert for technical and cross function
team. The role is running preventive action (data analysis, trainings, awareness, data trending) and reactive (setting up improvements
programs or back to green programs). The role can visualize process flow into process map, propose automation if needed, focus on waste
elimination and effectiveness of process. The role interacts with global and local network of process experts.

Key accountabilities
  • Prepares and governs process strategy on UNIT, PU, POP or LBU level
  • Designs and develops Key Performance Indicators measuring quality and effectiveness of the process on UNIT, PU, POP or LBU level
  • Analyzes Key Performance Indicators results and identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions
  • Designs, develops and actively drives implementation of improvement changes in processes, sub-processes and process related
requirements according to valid corporate standards, in order to increase the efficiency of the process execution on UNIT, PU, POP or LBU
level
  • Coordinates, organizes and steers activities related to Communities of Practice
  • Manages process documentation on UNIT, PU, POP or LBU level
  • Develops content of process relevant training material
  • Provides consultancy in assigned processes
  • Proposes and controls optimization measures
  • Participation in virtual Improvement and leading own community of experts
  • Process improvement - design, development and implementation of process improvement(s) in Operations (at least two projects with impact
on quality of operations)
  • Participate in development project, act as subject matter expert in consultancy towards process analysis and design
  • Identifying process improvements by usage of data analytics, contributing to constant process improvement cycle.
  • Cross-unit collaboration towards analytics and implementation of improvement measures
  • Optimization of process efficiency in terms of automation and product development
  • Provide consultancy as Senior Subject matter expert for technical and cross function departments

Management scope
Responsibility over the process functions, no disciplinary as supervisor only as lead of improvement projects related to process area.

Certification
  • ITIL expert certification /minimum three certification/ (must)
  • Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt certification (advantage)
  • PM certification (advantage)
  • Kepner Tregoe (advantage)
  • Risk management (advantage)

IT Technical skills
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Advanced
  • PC skills/HW,SW/ - Advanced
  • Reporting - Intermediate

Soft skills

Other criteria or requirements
  • Knowledge of the ITIL processes in depth proven by certification (mininum 3 ITIL expert, e.g. Service Transition, Service Transformation, Service Design, CSI, Service Operation).
  • Ability to explain process topics and act as advisor.
  • This role must know how to set up reporting and understand how to evaluate KPIs.
